Please Note: Before our first coaching session, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire. This will include your birth date (month, day, year), birth place (city and state), and birth time (exact birth time which can be found on your birth certificate).

Why do we need your birth information?

Your birth information unlocks a tailored roadmap for your professional journey based on who you are and paves the way for finding professional fulfillment.

Think of BG5 as a tool similar to Myers-Briggs or StrengthsFinder. But instead of many questions, it just needs three things – 1. Birth date, 2. Birth time, 3. and birth location.

Once you give these details, you get a personalized report that shows you:

Online Sessions Instructions for All Virtual Services

Sessions are conducted via Video Conference (Zoom).
Recordings from each session are provided for your personal use but must be downloaded within 10 business days. After 10 days the recording will be deleted from the Zoom cloud.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled session

Complete the short questionnaire you will receive via email within 48 hours.
Schedule your first session within 48 hours after completing and submitting the questionnaire.

LaTia was asked to help co-facilitate an innovative program to support women entrepreneurs and BIPOC entrepreneurs across Los Angeles. This was part of a leading national effort funded by JPMorgan Chase. LaTia not only rose to the task, she helped to lead and inspire the program and the entrepreneurs with her optimism, diligence, and care.
